Q: Is there a fee for creating an online club at rcampus?
A: Absolutely not. We understand clubs need funding to operate and we are not here to add to the burden
Q: How can rcampus afford to offer club websites?A: We have several fee-based services that pay for our free student services. There are also private investors such as the founders of rcampus who help fund this project to help student well-being
Q: We already have a free website, but we like your services, what can we do?
A: You can integrate our services into your existing website. It takes a certain level of technical background, but it's not difficult
Q: I don't know HTML or web design, how easy is it to setup a club website?
A: You can easily manage the content, select a skin, add calendar items, and much more. However, in order to fully control the club website, some knowledge of web design is a big help
Q: I'm stuck. Where do I get help?A: Feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Q: Is my personal information revealed to the club?
A: Only your name and login name is made available. All other information (email, phone, address) are kept confidential
Q: Who can create a club website?
A: Any officer from a valid club or student organization can create a club website
Q: How many clubs can I create?A: There is no limit to the number of clubs. If you are an officer of more than one club, then you can create multiple clubs. Each club will have a different id and password.
Q: I've heard creating a home page for my club is easy, but I'm not a technical person. How easy is that?
A: If you use Internet Explorer for Windows, the job is very easy. You can create a web page in a few minutes online, just as easily as using Microsoft Word or Word Perfect
